  • Statement of Information

Professional Corporation Formation — $2,500+

Flat rate, inclusive of state fees.

Available for eligible California licensed professionals practicing through a professional corporation as permitted under California law. California professional corporations are governed generally by the Moscone-Knox Professional Corporation Act, and profession-specific rules may also apply.

Professional Medical / Doctor Corporation Formation — $2,500

Flat rate, inclusive of state fees.

For eligible California physicians and other licensed medical professionals where permitted by law. Medical professional entities in California are subject to profession-specific regulatory and ownership rules in addition to general professional corporation requirements.

Review or preparation of entity organization documents:

  • Corporate Bylaws
  • Statement of Information

Professional Nursing Corporation Formation — $2,500

Flat rate, inclusive of state fees.

For eligible California nursing professionals practicing through a nursing corporation. California law requires a nursing corporation name to contain the word “nursing” or the words “registered nursing,” and nursing corporations are subject to profession-specific rules.

  • Statement of Information

Professional Legal Corporation Formation — $5,500

Flat rate, inclusive of state fees.

For attorneys practicing through a California law corporation. California law corporations must comply with professional corporation requirements and must also register with the State Bar of California.

Review or preparation of entity creation documents:

  • Articles of Incorporation

Review or preparation of entity organization documents:

  • Corporate Bylaws
  • Statement of Information

Expedited Filing Fee (Optional) — $500

Client agrees to make full payment prior to Attorney filing formation documents.

Add-On Services

Registered Agent Service — $150 annually

Our provider will act as Client’s California registered agent for service of process.

Standard Annual Compliance Filing — $700 annually

Includes preparation and filing of required state annual reports and business entity renewals to maintain compliance. Starts on the first anniversary of your filing.

Virtual Mail Scanning/Emailing Service — $450 annually

Our provider will provide mail scanning and email delivery services for business mail received at the virtual address.

Physical Mail Forwarding Service — $615 annually

Our provider will forward physical mail received for the business in accordance with the selected mail forwarding service.
