- No Provision of Physical Mailing or Printing Services: Our firm does not provide traditional mailing, printing, or copying services for paper files. We encourage the use of digital documents and electronic communication as a standard practice.
- Client Responsibility for Physical Documents: In instances where physical documents are necessary, clients are responsible for the printing, copying, and postage of such documents. This responsibility includes managing the physical mailing of documents when required.
- Cost-Effective Services: By focusing on digital and virtual services and minimizing the use of paper-based processes, we aim to maintain cost-effective legal services for our clients. This approach not only reduces overhead costs but also passes on the benefits of reduced expenses to our clients.
- Support for Clients in Transition to Digital: We recognize that some clients may be more accustomed to paper-based processes. Our firm is committed to assisting clients in this transition to digital formats, providing guidance on how to access, manage, and utilize digital documents effectively.
