Bay Legal creates entities for our clients in all 50 states, including the Virgin Islands and many international jurisdictions. Our full-service option includes all necessary consultations with an attorney to plan for the proper entity from start to finish. We include all filing fees, shipping expenses, the filing of all necessary State and IRS Forms in order to form the entity, and a comprehensive ‘corporate book’ with stock certificates and a company seal. Ongoing entity services
Bay Legal provides ongoing legal services to businesses starting with formation services. For existing entities, including online self filings, we will conduct an analysis of your entity documents to locate any risk management and legal issues. We also provide updates and amendments to corporate documents and help you file your annual updates.
When discussing your entity / business organization needs we focus on the areas of Tax Minimization, Asset Protection, and long term Management and Maintenance Costs of maintaining your entity.
Every client / business will make the ultimate decision of what entity type to operate, however, there is almost always a best option for each situation that becomes apparent when you consider all of the implications in each of the areas above.
Full Service / Scope Option
Our full service option includes one hour of prepaid attorney time and unlimited attorney support ( billed hourly) for support during the formation process. You can file any entity (LLC, Corp, s-Corp, PC, etc…) in all 50 states for $750+ state filing fee(s) – (a series LLC is $1350 + Filing fees). Our services will include drafting and filing all necessary documents with the State, your corporate kit, filing with the IRS to obtain Tax ID numbers, publication costs, mailing charges, and any and all support from the Attorney to get the entity formed and coordinated with your overall business and estate planning structure.
