Wendy M. Conole is a highly accomplished litigation attorney with over two decades of experience handling complex civil matters throughout California. At Bay Legal, PC, she focuses on real estate, construction, business, and general civil litigation, offering clients strategic, thorough, and results-driven representation rooted in deep legal knowledge and diverse practice experience.

Wendy began her legal career in San Francisco as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of California before entering private practice in Los Angeles, where she litigated a wide range of cases involving business and contract disputes, real estate and environmental law, entertainment, healthcare, employment and civil rights matters, and professional malpractice. Her work has spanned top law firms including Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, Waxler Carner Brodsky, and Demetriou Del Guercio Springer Moyer. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, trial and appellate proceedings.

Wendy is also an accomplished, award-winning legal writer, having served as Note Editor for the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and writing multiple published articles for the California Environmental Law Reporter and the Los Angeles Daily Journal. She is recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and Excellence in Evidence, and has held leadership roles on moot court boards and as a pupil member of the Lawyers’ Club of San Francisco American Inns of Court.

A graduate of Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics, Wendy pursued additional studies in Florence, Italy, focusing on European history, politics, and language. She earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law and has continued to deepen her international legal expertise through studies in international law, public policy, and human rights from institutions such as the University of Geneva and Universiteit Leiden. For several years Wendy resided in Geneva, Switzerland, where she studied international law, taught English to Francophones, and performed as a lead vocalist and co-director of an international choir.

In addition to her legal practice, Wendy has managed hospitality ventures and served as a property advisor for a family trust – applying her legal skills to real-world business and property operations.
